Shipping policy
Free Shipping for continental US orders over $125 (automatic, no code needed).
Note: Free shipping has it's limitations. At times, you may be contacted to help with excess costs but these instances are very rare and only when the package is large and traveling a great distance. Also, if you receive free shipping and return a partial amount of your order and it's below $125, we will be deducting shipping costs from your return.
We attempt to ship each order as quickly as possible. If you've added an email address or your phone number, you may receive email/text notifications about your order.
If there is a problem fulfilling your order we will reach out by email or phone. Please call us or email us if you need to change anything or have any questions and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
ADDRESS CAN NOT BE CHANGED ONCE ORDER IS SUBMITTED
Unfortunately, once the order is place, we can't change the details of the order. Please make sure that your information is accurate and that the items are as you need them. We can only cancel the order and you can resubmit the order but you need to contact us through the site messenger or email
Shipping:
We usually ship the same day of your order as long as it's placed before 3:30PM but if you need It after this time it may be possible to arrange: best thing to do is place your order and then shoot us an email.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: When choosing Flat Rate, packaging that inhibits the ability to pack them will be removed and NOT INCLUDED. BY CHOOSING FLAT RATE YOU ARE POTENTIALLY REFUSING ALL PACKAGING INCLUDED
Continental US Shipping:
You will be presented with a variety delivery options at checkout. USPS provides first class shipping, which can be slower and does not have insurance (choosing this option is a bit of a gamble). The USPS flat rate envelope option includes insurance and is often a little bit faster than shipping first class, but often necessitates that we keep the product packaging for larger boxed items. Automated shipping updates will be sent to you based upon the information provided at checkout. Non-continental destinations should refer to the corresponding shipping section below.
ECONOMY Shipping:
We do our best to choose the fastest method that we can afford. We use UPS but will use USPS Flat rate to get it to you faster. We may break down your original box and include it in the packaging, please let us know if you prefer to keep it all intact, as there may be increased costs depending on your location. CHOOSING ECONOMY SHIPPING IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL USE USPS!
IF YOU NEED USPS, JUST MAKE A COMMENT IN THE NOTES SECTION
BOOT or SHELL ONLY:
When purchasing boot or shell only, we do not ship with the original box. We do this to maintain the condition of the products and to reduce shipping costs.
Orders outside Continental United States of America (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska etc):
Shipping costs to your area is much higher and we may not ship in the original box and opt to use a FLAT RATE Box to get it to you fast and at a price we can cover. If this isn't acceptable please, let us know and we can find out your most affordable shipping option. You may be asked to pay shipping costs that exceed the pricing that we can cover.
International Orders:
NO RUSH DELIVERY - WE NEED TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER GOES WELL! ALL ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED BY A THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE SO TRANSIT TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. WE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT SHIPPING DELAYS AND WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO ORDER IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY! SORRY, WE JUST WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY! **ALSO, CAUTION!** IF AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US AND WE INCUR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES THEY WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. SINCE SHIPPING COSTS CAN EXCEED THE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER IT IS POSSIBLE THAT RETURNING/REJECTING AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE WILL CAUSE YOU A $0 REFUND.
Shipping costs are only an estimate and not always the exact cost. When our system collects more than we need for shipping we will refund you the overcharged shipping. When there's a deficit that we can't cover, we will more than likely ship in alternate packaging that is not the original packaging. If you are absolutely set on keeping all the original packaging, just let us know in the notes section at checkout and we will hold your package and work out the most affordable shipping options for you. If you ordered items that must ship in separate boxes or cannot be shipped via the method selected, you will be notified via email.
Delivery times shown at checkout are APPROXIMATE. Please wait until tracking does not update for 5 business days before contacting us about the whereabouts of your order. Delivery times that are displayed at checkout are shown in 'business days'. (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not business days). An email with tracking information on it will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
***BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH A RETURN, PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE TESTED YOUR NEW SKATES OUTDOORS AND THE WHEELS/SKATES HAVE SIGNS OF USE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOUR ORDER***
If you return skates to us in a used condition, we will not return the used skates back to you unless you pay for the full cost of return shipping. Also, for returns:
* Please wrap the parcel suitably. Please do not affix any tape or labels DIRECTLY on the product packaging (just wrap it in a postal bag or a bin bag (or similar) and tape the outer packaging to itself.
* Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
* If your return meets all our conditions then your refund will be processed within 5 business days of it arriving with us, please be aware that your bank may take 3-5 days to show the refund on your statement.
The shipping charge shown when the order is submitted is subject to change. If you ordered items that must ship in separate boxes or cannot be shipped via the method selected, you will be notified via email.

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. ALL shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of ORIGINAL shipping PAID BY Barefoot Bandits will be deducted from your refund. Please note that while BFB rarely charges customers for the full cost of shipping when new orders are received so return shipping will likely be higher than the amount noted on your invoice (you pay less than we do when you place a new order).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item for a refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty Shipping:
Certain manufacturers may ship an item for a warranty directly to the shop instead of directly to you. In that case we will reach out to you to collect payment for the shipment (this will allow you an opportunity to choose your shipping method).
